    • PURPOSE:To adjust engagement of chain with chain sprockets automatically so as to make smooth engagement at all times by displacing any of chain sprockets which are positioned up and down in the up and down directions and giving spring resilience in the direction of elongation of chain to the chain sprocket which can be displaced. CONSTITUTION:Chain sprockets 1b, 2b, 3b which are positioned on the lower side are mounted in such a way that they can be displaced in the up and down directions respectively, and spring tractive force in the down direction is given to them at all times. A storage device is so constituted that a guide rails 16 is provided in the inside of respective frames 11, a bearing 17 is supported between the guide rails 16 in such a way that it can move up and down, a chain sprocket shaft 12 is supported on the bearing 17, a rod 18 which hangs from the bearing 17 passes through a flange 19 provided on the frame 11, and a spring stopper 20 is provided at the lower end of the rod 18 so that a pressure expansion spring 21 is interposed between the flange 19 and spring stopper 20. Thus, the chain sprockets are positioned in such a way that their engagement is kept in good condition at all times due to the traction force of spring.

    • PURPOSE:To simply carry out an intermittent conveyance at a low cost, by arranging an operating rod provided thereon with several slantly standing brush- like wires, in a transferred material receiving groove member such that the operating rod is reciprocated while the brush-like wires are made in contact with a transferred material only during the out-going movement of the operating rod. CONSTITUTION:An operating rod 3 is reciprocatably disposed in each of a plurality of transfer material receiving groove members 2. Several brush-like wires 4 are planted on the operating rod 3, obliquely in the transferring direction of transferred materials with the top end of the brush wires 4 being projected from the top surface of the groove members 2. Meanwhile, a lever 5 for reciprocating the operating rod 3 within the groove member 2 is journalled at its lower end to a support piece 6 projected from the groove member 2, and is loosely fitted, through an elongated hole 8 formed in the intermediate part thereof, onto a pin 9 projected from the operating rod 3. With this arrangement, when the lever 5 is reciprocated to reciprocate the operating rod 3, the top end of the brush-like wires 4 is made contact with the transferred materials 10 only during out-going movement of the rod to intermittently convey the transferred materials 10.

    • PURPOSE:To make a pallet construction simple and light so as to eliminate the widely known press roller by arranging brushes on the lower surface of a pallet which is conveyed by a circular motion of a driving belt while the belt is being pressed by the pallet. CONSTITUTION:Lines of rollers are secured as a pallet guide 2 at each inside of a pair of conveyor frames 1 and 1 which are arranged in parallel. And a narrow driving belt 4 is guided and supported by a belt support guide 6 which is fixedly installed on a trestle 5 that supports the frames 1 and 1. A driving belt 4 is adapted between belt wheels 7 which are arranged at the both ends of the belt support guide 6 and is given a circular motion by a belt driving wheel 9 that is driven by a motor. A brush stand 11, on which brushes 10 are studed in such a manner that they tilt toward the conveying direction of the belt 4, is removably installed on the lower surface of the pallet 3 which faces the driving belt 4. While the pallet is placed on the pallet guide 2 at the both sides of the trestle. The pallet 3 is conveyed by the circular motion of the belt 4 through the medium of the brushes 10.
