    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peep hole which is composed of a smaller number of components, which makes longitudinal and lateral dimensions different from each other in such a manner that the former is larger than the latter, and the total cost of which is reduced by enabling the common use of a fastening structure for a window plate. SOLUTION: This observation hole comprises an outer frame body 5 and a retainer frame body 6, which are arranged on the inside and outside of a mounting opening 4, and the window plate 7 and pieces 8 and 9 of inner packing, which are fixed in the state of being sandwiched between both the frame bodies. Both the frame bodies 5 and 6 are fastened to a peripheral edge wall of the mounting opening 4 by means of fastening bodies 12A, 12B and 12C which are to be mounted on the outer frame body 5, and a female screw body 13 which is to be screwed into the fastening bodies 12A, 12B and 12C. The fastening bodies 12A, 12B and 12C comprise a fastening base 18 which also serves as a reinforcing material for the outer frame body 5, and a screw shaft 19 which is fixed on one side of the fastening base 18. The outer frame body 5 is formed of a rubber molded article so as to also serve as a sealing material. An assembling groove 15 for the fastening base 18 is formed in a go-around manner on the side of the fastening surface 5a of the outer frame body 5. Thus, the peripheral edge wall of the mounting opening 4 and a peripheral edge of the window plate 7 are directly received and sealed by the fastening surface 5a of the outer frame body 5.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a bed sheet having moisture-dissipation promoting function, deodorizing function and bacteriostatic function.
      SOLUTION: The bed sheet is produced by forming a hydrophilic layer 2 on one side of a base material 1 composed of woven or nonwoven fabric of polyester fiber by a discharge plasma graft-polymerization treatment of acrylic acid as a polymerizable monomer, porosifying individual fibers 3 constituting the hydrophilic layer 2, and including a noble metal into the hydrophilic layer 2. A noble metal colloid 10 is used as the noble metal and is fixed to the inside and outside of the porosified fiber 3 constituting the hydrophilic layer 2. The noble metal colloid 10 is preferably silver colloid or platinum colloid having an average particle diameter of 1-100 nm. The bed sheet can be used also as the sheet 6 for a seat. In this case, the hydrophilic layer 2 is formed at least on the reverse side 1b opposite to the surface side 1a of the base material 1 contacting with the sitting person.

In the event of disaster, a facility user can automatically a current position of the user to an evacuation management server 3 by reading the two-dimensional code 12 of the closest indicator 1 by a cellular phone 4. The evacuation management server 3 which receives the position information determines the optimum escape route from disaster occurrence place information transmitted from an alarm 2, position information of the individual evacuation indicators 1, position information of emergency exits provided in the facility, and the like. The server 3 then returns disaster information such as the disaster occurrence place or the disaster content and the optimum evacuation route information to the transmitting means 4 from which the information is received.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the space necessary for installation of groups of fuses by employing a terminal block with narrow width for short-circuiting and to display with lighting whether or not a tube fuse installed in the inside of the terminal block is fused by adding a melting checker to the terminals block equipped with the fuses.

A pair of joining legs 27 engaged with grooves 10 on the upper face of the terminal stand by pressure-fitting are installed in the lower face of the bottom cover 17. While a fusion checker being engaged with the terminal stands by pressure-fitting, the conductors 15 are brought into contact with screws 6 for bonding in the terminal block to connect the display lamp 13 and the resistor 14 with a tube fuse 5 in parallel.
