    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively easily constructible and highly versatile airtight/watertight structure of a door.
      SOLUTION: This airtight/watertight structure under the door of bringing an under surface of the door 10 near to a floor surface 3; is characterized in that a belt-like rotary part 21 formed long along the under surface 10d of the door 10 of a closing state, is rotatably arranged on a floor 3 under the door, and an input projection part 7 is projected upward in an input part 6 arranged on one end of the rotary part 21. The airtight/watertight structure is characterized in that an inclined face 32 is arranged in a position corresponding to the projection part 7 in the under surface 10d of the door 10; the inclined face 32 pushes the projection part 7 downward; and the rotary part 21 integrally rotates with the input part 6 around the horizontal axis H, so that a first side edge part 41 abuts on the under surface 10d of the door 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall joint structure which can be easily executed and provided with a required fire resistance and cutting off property and its execution method.
      SOLUTION: The exterior wall joint structure K in the exterior wall panel has an exterior wall face material 20 and a heat insulation member 10 arranged in the inside of the exterior wall face material 20, and is provided with a primary joint 40 arranged between exterior wall face materials 20A, 20B and a secondary joint 50 arranged between heat insulation members 10A, 10B. The primary joint 40 is formed of a primary gasket 41 having a plurality of sealing parts made of a synthetic rubber having heat resistance and elasticity, and the second joint 50 is formed of a secondary gasket 51 having a plurality of sealing parts 52, 53 made of a synthetic rubber having heat resistance and elasticity.
