摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional sash enabling most part of brick blocks to be recycled with less waste even when an infill is changed. SOLUTION: This multifunctional sash includes a sash main frame 11 which has an upper frame and a lower frame and is fixed to the balcony side opening of an apartment housing, and a sash plate 25 which is movably fixed to the sash main frame at a predetermined position, blocks a part of the balcony side opening, and partitions the balcony side opening into a first opening and a second opening. The upper frame and the second frame include a first rail 14 and a second rail 15 which extend in the lateral direction of the balcony side opening, respectively. The sash plate includes a vertical stile 19 which has a first engagement groove engaged with the first rail and extends vertically, a mullion 20 which has a second engagement groove engaged with the second rail and extends vertically, and a connection plate for connecting the vertical stile and the mullion.
