    • PURPOSE:To attain the frequency setting with high accuracy without requiring any adjusting operation by changing the inverting period of an inverting circuit inverted at a front edge of an input pulse by means of digital processing depending on the value of a frequency of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:A charging signal having frequencies such as 50, 35, 100 Hz or the like is inputted to terminals L1 and L2 and a ground terminal G, and a clock signal having prescribed frequencies of f1, f2 is inputted respectively to terminals CK1 and CK2. The charging signal is inputted to an inverting circuit INV via a photocoupler PC. The INV is inverted at the front edge of the input pulse and outputs a signal having the length of period, and a counter circuit CNT counts the clock by this output signal. When the CNT counts a prescribed number of clocks, a gate circuit GT is opened so as to pass through the front edge pulse of the next period and output it as the charging signal. The circuit GT is closed before the next front edge pulse is incoming by means of an output of a prescribed period of the CNT for the charging signal of a low frequency so as to reset the INV via a reset circuit RS and the INV is inverted by the next front edge pulse before the circuit GT is opened for a high frequency.

    • PURPOSE:To attain a call even for blind personnel, by connecting a paging receiver to an automatic dial adapter and coupling it to a telephone set to transmit automatically a calling subscriber number from the paging receiver to the telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A memory 6 is connected to a reader 12 via a contact 18, when an informing tone is generated from a received signal to be selected and the paging receiver 32 storing a calling subscriber number into the memory 6 is inserted to an opening section 35 of the automatic dial adapter 33. In coupling a transmitter 19 of a telephone set hooking up to a coupler 15 of the adapter 33, a switch 7 is closed and the reader 12 is started by a switch 16. The number memory read out from the reader 12 with a clock of a timer 11 is converted 13 into a tone dial signal of the calling subscriber number, amplified and transmitted from the transmitter 19 to an exchange via the coupler 15.
