摘要： There is provided a metal oxygen battery which uses an oxygen-storing material of a composite oxide containing YMnO3 as a positive electrode material, and can reduce the charge overpotential. The metal oxygen battery 1 has a positive electrode 2 using oxygen as an active substance, a negative electrode 3 using metallic lithium as an active substance, and an electrolyte layer 4 interposed between the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 3. The positive electrode 2 contains an oxygen-storing material of YMnO3 and a reducing catalyst.

SOLUTION: The solid-state battery is provided which has: a power generating element in which a positive electrode layer, a sulfide-based solid electrolyte membrane, and a negative electrode layer are laminated in this order; a sealed type battery case for housing the power generating element; and a fluidity seal material having characteristics of immerging the power generating element in the sealed type battery case, and of not reacting with the sulfide-based solid electrolyte membrane, wherein the solid-state battery has a solidification means for solidifying the fluidity seal material when the sealed type battery case is damaged, and problems are solved.
