摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a toner capable of easily forming a color image excellent in durability on a ceramic body by incorporating at least a bonding resin and a pigment for ceramics as essential components. CONSTITUTION: At least a bonding resin such as a styrene-acrylic ester resin and a pigment for ceramics are incorporated as essential components and a glassy substance such as borosilicate glass is preferably incorporated in addition to produce the objective toner. The pigment for ceramics is, e.g. zirconium oxide, iron oxide, manganese oxide, nickel oxide, cobalt oxide or titanium oxide. An electrostatic latent image on an image carrier is developed with the toner by the conventional electrophotographic system and the resultant visible toner image is transferred to the surface of a ceramic body such as earthenware. Baking is carried out by heating and the pigment is fixed on the ceramic body with the glassy substance to form the objective image.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the antibacterial property by applying a mixture of a calcium phosphate compound incorporating >= one kind metallic ions among Ag, Cu and Zn and a glaze on a surface of a ceramic base body, and subsequently washing with an acid after it was fired. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed quantity of calcium phosphate compound incorporating >= one kind antibacterial metallic ions among Ag, Cu and Zn and F and being carried them in the state that they were ion-exchanged, is mixed with the glaze. Next after this mixed glaze was applied on the surface of a ceramic substrate of a tile, a toilet bowl and a washbowl, etc., it is fired at 800-1300 deg.C. Later the surface is washed with a strong acid such as about 1% solution of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid, or a weak acid such as about 5% solution of acetic acid or citric acid, and the surface is activated, thus the ceramic product having high antibacterial property for a long term is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reclaim glass scrap which incessantly increases in the amt. of generation to a fresh material having unique characteristics by subjecting the glass scrap to new reclamation processing and to make contribution to decreasing in the problems associated with the treatment of municipal waste. A good result is obtd. if an org. compd. having a hydrophobic property is compounded as a release agent for shaping into the compounded raw material. The glass scrap is recommended to be once heated first, then to be rapidly cooled to crush the glass scrap to tortoiseshell-like splinters.
