    • PURPOSE:To easily remove labels, etc., by supplying a bottle to a rotating supporting frame with a supply guide and a supply wheel, supporting the bottle from above and below by a bottle pressing, supporting and rotating mechanism and bringing a rotary brush into contact with the side of the bottle. CONSTITUTION:A bottle 4 is supplied at regular intervals by a timing screw 67 at the supply part and delivered on the base disk of a rotating supporting frame 5 by the supply guide 68 and inlet star wheel 69 furnished in the middle of a bottle conveyor 66, and its bottom is supported on a discoid support. As the frame 5 rotates, a presser shaft 13 is lowered from above by the force of an expansion spring 17, hence a presser ring 15 at the lower end is engaged with the bottle mouth, and the bottle 4 is supported. Meanwhile, as the frame 5 rotates, the support is rotated through a gear train, hence the bottle 4 is turned, six brush shafts 37 are simultaneously rotated by the rotation of a driving shaft to bring the trunk brush 41 and shoulder brush 42 into contact with the bottle 4, and the label stuck on the bottle is stripped off.

    • PURPOSE:To narrow the space for installation by providing a transporting belt, 1st outer cleaning mechanism, 1st internal cleaning mechanism provided on the opposite side of the transporting belt opposite thereto and 2nd outer cleaning mechanism and inner cleaning mechanism on the down stream side apart a prescribed distance from the above-mentioned two mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:The corner part cleaning mechanism 7 moves in a right direction and rotary brushes 7a are inserted into a can 2 when the can 2 imposed in the position A on the transporting belt 1 moves to the position B. The corner parts of the cans are then cleaned by the rotation thereof and the can 2 is transferred and inserted into the 1st outer cleaning mechanism 3 by the sliding friction of the can 2 and the brushes 7a. While both the diametrically opposite side surfaces 2c of the can 2 are cleaned by rotary brushes 4a, the bottom surface 2a is cleaned by the rotary brushes 5a in the deep position and the inside and outside of the can are simultaneously cleaned in this state for a prescribed period of time. The mechanism 7 begins to return to the home position upon ending of cleaning, the can 2 returns to the home position B simultaneously. The can 2 is subjected to the cleaning stages similar to the above- mentioned stages by the 2nd outer cleaning mechanism 8 and inner cleaning mechanism 9 in the position D.
