    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peanut-harvesting apparatus enabling peanuts to be stably inverted upside down and the grounded posture of peanuts to be stabilized.SOLUTION: The peanut-harvesting apparatus 1 includes: a nipping conveyor belt 3 pulling row-planted peanuts P to be harvested off the farm H and conveying them rearwardly upward; and an inverting part 4 inverting upside down peanuts P received from the conveyance terminal end of the nipping conveyor belt 3 and grounding them on the farm H; and is installed on a machine body 9 travellable astride the ridges of the farm H. In this apparatus 1, the nipping conveyor belt 3 is so constructed that: the conveyance path for peanuts P is U-turned, when viewed nearly from above, at the rear and the peanuts P are unloaded from the conveyance terminal end forwardly; and the inverting part 4 is so constructed that: peanuts P received are inverted upside down by moving them so that the moving speed thereof comes nearly equal to the traveling speed of the machine body 9 along a forwardly overhung nearly semicircular track R lying from the conveyance terminal end to a point nearly right thereunder, and then released and grounded onto the farm H.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peanut harvester designed to discharge dug and carried peanut so as to be laid on the field in such a posture as to situate the leaves and stems on the lower side and the peas on the upper side to effect easier exposure of the peas to wind and sunlight and prevention of peanut quality deterioration due to drying unevenness and improvement of operating efficiency. SOLUTION: This peanut harvester is designed to discharge peanut dug by a digger 1 and carried by a carrier 2 so as to be laid on the field in such a posture as to situate the leaves and stems on the lower side and the peas on the upper side. This harvester may also be equipped with a digging carrier 7 set up in a vertically movable way by a lift means 6 situated on the front portion of an undercarriage 5 mounted with a traveling device 4, a control section set up on the side of the digging carrier 7, and an operating section 9 set up behind the digging carrier 7.
