When the missile is set in the tester and started, the attitude controller of the missile is operated in the same manner as the actual missile launching state to be evaluated for the operation.

Thus, energy required for the firing the percussion cap 71 can be evaluated based upon said movement speed.

After a flying body N' for test evaluation which is constituted as described above is confirmed that it has traveled beyond the distance in which shooting-down in effective, the recovery device 17 operates, and it becomes possible to recover the flying body N' for test evaluation by the recovery device 17.
