    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator having a bellows structure ensuring durability when bellows expand and contract.SOLUTION: The accumulator includes: an accumulator housing having an oil port connected to pressure piping of equipment; a metal bellows built in the housing and dividing the internal space of the housing into a liquid chamber communicating with the oil port and a gas chamber filled with high-pressure gas; and a bellows cap. The metal bellows is structured to have an outer diameter side crest, an inner diameter side valley and an oblique side part connecting the crest and the valley, which are repeated in the axial direction. In the metal bellows 6, the sectional shapes of the crest 6a and the valley 6b are formed in a round shape, and the sectional shape of the oblique side part 6c is formed in a round or corrugated shape. The oblique side part is long when developed, is likely to be elastically deformed when bellows expand, and reduces deformation amounts of the crest and the valley.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator in which a direct relief function on a liquid chamber can be set or a direct relief function on a gas chamber cannot be set, options are presented in designing the above function, and wide flexibility is given to designing.SOLUTION: The accumulator includes: an oil port having a through-hole type liquid inlet hole; a shell combined with the oil port to form together with the oil port an accumulator housing ; a bellows and a bellows cap assembled inside the housing and partitioning the inside of the housing into a liquid chamber communicates with the liquid inlet hole and a gas chamber for sealing a high pressure gas; and a sealing part for sealing between the liquid chamber and the liquid inlet hole when the bellows cap reaches a stroke limit on the oil port side. The oil port includes a pressure relief mechanism, which opens a valve or fractures to release pressure when the pressure in the gas chamber or in the liquid chamber reaches a predetermined value or higher.
