A sound insulating cover 15 is provided on the base plate 12 so as to cover the conveyance unit 2 and the sound absorbing material 14. The sound insulating cover 15 is slidably put on rails provided along the longitudinal direction of the vibration bodies 3a, 3b on the base plate 12 and can be opened and closed. Moreover, an inner surface of the sound insulating cover 15 is formed to be close to the mode of a standing wave based on sound waves generated by the vibration bodies 3a, 3b.
