    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object levitation device capable of preventing noise due to excitation of a vibration body and preventing the adhesion of dust to a levitation object. SOLUTION: A conveyance unit 2 is provided on a base plate 12 through a support bracket 13. The conveyance unit 2 is provided with the vibration bodies 3a, 3b excited by a vibrator 6 through a born 5a. An object 4 to be conveyed is put on the vibration bodies 3a, 3b. A sound absorbing material 14 is provided on the base plate 12 and below the vibration bodies 3a, 3b. A sound insulating cover 15 is provided on the base plate 12 so as to cover the conveyance unit 2 and the sound absorbing material 14. The sound insulating cover 15 is slidably put on rails provided along the longitudinal direction of the vibration bodies 3a, 3b on the base plate 12 and can be opened and closed. Moreover, an inner surface of the sound insulating cover 15 is formed to be close to the mode of a standing wave based on sound waves generated by the vibration bodies 3a, 3b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely form a nearly oval case body out of a beltlike material after a folding margin has been erected by providing a number of notches for correcting a length to fold it in a semi-curved shape, in the folding margin formed in longitudinal direction of the beltlike material. SOLUTION: Several screw holes 4, 4a are formed in a folding margin provided at both longitudinal side ends of a beltlike material. A number of notches 3 are formed so that the folding margin can be folded by adjusting the difference of the length of the outer peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge of the folding margin when the margin is folded to form a semi-curved face. When assembling it, respective folding margins are erected by about 90 deg. to shape the beltlike material to form a U-shape. Then, it is folded to shape an oval and the butt faces 112, 112' are integrally connected to form a case body A. Subsequently, a pair of side face plates 5, 5a with a nearly oval shape having holes 6, 6a corresponding to the screw holes 4, 4a formed in the folding margin are fitted to both faces of the case body A with fixing screws.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a cover of a conveyor device that facilitates the opening and closing operations required to recognize and check subjects to be conveyed by the conveyor device and does not backlash when opened and closed even if installed in the curved portion of the conveyor device. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of arched frames 3 are installed at intervals and bellows-shaped, expandable roof cover unit provided with a protective cover 4 is supported by a running roller portion 5 which can roll on rails provided on both sides of the course of travel of a conveyor device A, and the unit is mounted while covering part of the conveyor. Further, the upper side of each rail is formed into a protruding streak of angled cross section, and the running roller portion 5 is formed into a drum-shaped recessed portion 53 engaged with the angled protruding streak 21 of the upper side of each rail, and therefore shows a stable running property without moving relative to the upper side of each rail. Below the running roller portion 5 is a holding roller portion 6 in rolling contact with the lower side of each rail in such a way as to sandwich each rail between it and the running roller portion 5.
