SOLUTION: The automatic machine 1 for processing comprises readers 40 and 38 measuring the positions of transfer means 13 and 35 along transfer paths P1 and P2, wherein the readers are provided with two linear linear hall effect sensors 44 which communicate with magnets 42 and 36 where the polar axis stored inside the transfer means is positioned vertically relative to the transfer direction, and are aligned and disposed in parallel in the transfer direction so as to allow the sensitivity to be zero in the direction parallel to the transfer direction and allow the sensitivity to be maximum in the vertical direction relative to the transfer direction, and a controller 45 for measuring a moment at a time when the transfer means each reach predetermined detection positions 41 and 33 to the readers by measuring a moment at a time when the output signal of one hall effect sensor is inverted while the output signal 46 of another hall effect sensor is used.
