    • PURPOSE: To easily and precisely manufacture a gas blowing plug in a short time by inserting a porous brick part connected to a gas supplying pipe into a molding flask and positioning the brick part through a center position setting jig abutting on the gas supplying pipe and the molding flask. CONSTITUTION: The porous brick part 2 is connected to the gas supplying pipe 3 and inserted into the molding flask 5. Successively, the outside part of the center position setting jig 6 is allowed to abut on the outer peripheral part of the molding flask 5 and also, the inside part thereof is allowed to abut on the outer peripheral part of the gas supplying pipe 3. This center position setting jig 6 has a stepped part 8 engaged with the outer peripheral part of the molding flask 5 on the outside part of the sectoral jig body 7 and has an arcuate part 9 fitted to the outer periphery of the gas supplying pipe 3 in the inside part thereof. By this constitution, the gas supplying pipe 3 is accurately positioned on the center of the molding flask 5. In this condition, the castable refractory 4 is supplied into the molding flask 5 and filled up around the porous brick part 2. By this method, the gas blowing plug for blowing stirring gas into molten metal is manufactured with the gas supplying pipe 3 accurately arranged at the center position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hollow thin shell column body and its shaping apparatus which can shorten the term of works and improve the productive capacity by making the working easy and reinforcing the quality of a beam pole.
      SOLUTION: An upper part steel mold 51 of an L shape has two or more arc leveling pads of a circular arc form at the external side. A lower part steel mold 52 of an L shape has two or more arc leveling pads of a circular arc form at the external side. Two definite shape leakage proof units 53, in which the thickness of a concrete molding is set by four sides, have openings to be filled in by transfixing working reinforcing steels 532 for a reinforcing steel basket at two opposing corners. Therefore, the molding shape of a four way-type long tube in a seal-up condition is composed, two opening edges at the front and rear of it and four interior molding surfaces are formed, the upper part steel mold 51 of the L shape and the lower part steel mold 52 of the L shape are assembled together and joined with the arc leveling pads of those external sides to form circular arc leveling pads 54 at the external side of an apparatus so that the form which switches the surface by a rotation is composed and the shaping for one surface is possible by one rotation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a PC wall material using a simple apparatus at a low cost, which can manufacture a PC wall material using a conventional stressed abut and introduce the predetermined prestress to the end part thereof.
      SOLUTION: A PC steel material is constructed between stressed abuts 27 with a PC steel material 13 having a screw 23 for fixing by a nut, and a screwed PC steel material 13 is allowed to penetrat a PC steel material inserting hole 21 in fixing plates 15 positioned at a predetermined interval, the plates being workable as a form and a fixing plate, whereby the material is fixed on the stressed abut 27. Then, the screwed PC steel material 13 is stressed, concrete 14 is introduced between the both fixing plates 15, and a fixing nut 24 set forth in the PC steel material is tightly fixed to the fixing plates 15 before stress of the screwed PC steel material 13 is released. Finally, stress of the PC steel material 13 is released after curing concrete.
