    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide color photographic sensitive material which is free of density variation of a white background portion and generates no static fog even upon high-speed exposure. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material has, on a transmissive support, at least one each of yellow, cyan and magenta developing photosensitive silver halide emulsion layers and at least one non-photosensitive hydrophilic colloidal layer containing a solid fine particle dispersion of a dye represented by formula (I), wherein the surface resistance value of the rear surface of the support satisfies formula (S): 0.3≤SR2-SR1≤3.0 and formula (T): 9.0≤SR1≤12.7. In formula (I), D represents a compound residue having a chromophore; X represents dissociative hydrogen or a group having the same; and y represents 1-7. In formulae (S) and (T), SR1 represents the logarithm of a surface resistance value R1 before color development; and SR2 represents the logarithm of a surface resistance value R2 after color development.     • PURPOSE:To provide an antistatic property by forming metallic oxide layers on a polyester film support. CONSTITUTION:A tin oxide layer, a silicon oxide layer and a surface layer are formed in order on a surface of a support opposite to a surface on which a photographic emulsion layer is formed. To form each of the oxide layers the metal is evaporated in a high vacuum by an indirect resistance heating method or an electron beam heating method, and the vapor is condensed on the support. The resulting metallic layer is forced to be oxidized by glow discharge or nonpolar discharge under optionally oxygen-substituted reduced pressure. The preferred thickness of the tin oxide layer is 200-600Angstrom from the viewpoint of an antistatic property and optical density, and that of the silicon oxide layer is 300-1,500 deg.. The surface layer provides a slipping property and blocking resistance, and it is formed by applying a high molecular substance contg. a slipping agent and a matting agent.
