      SOLUTION: A support body 11 comprising a polyester is biaxially stretched. An easily adhesive layer 12 is formed on at least one face of the biaxial-stretched support body 11. The easily adhesive layer 12 contains two kinds of binders of a polyurethane resin and an acrylic resin having 30°C or higher in a glass transition point, and a carbodiimide crosslinker. A weight ratio of the polyurethane resin to the acrylic resin is 95:5 to 50:50. The film thickness of the easily adhesive layer 12 is 30 nm or larger to 200 nm or smaller. The easily adhesive layer 12 is formed by applying an aqueous application liquid and by drying it. The maximum temperature at a drying time is within a range of 120°C or higher to 170°C or lower. The easily adhesive layer 12 contains an organic or inorganic fine particle, and a sliding agent.
