Ridges 17 and 18 in belt-width direction are formed on the groove upper surface and groove lower surface in the groove. Slots 15 and 16 in belt-width direction are formed at a prescribe pitch on the center belt as well. Engaging of the ridges 17 and 18 with the slots 15 and 16 regulates moving of the block in belt advancing direction relative to the center belt. The center belt 3 is bonded to the block 2.
