    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film formation composition for optical imprint allowing good shape transfer even though an organic solvent is contained; and a manufacturing method of an optical member.SOLUTION: The film formation composition for optical imprint according to the present invention contains (A) a photopolymerizable monomer having a hydrophilic group, (B) an inorganic nanoparticle, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, where the organic solvent content is 20 mass%, a monomer having a viscosity of 500 cP or less is comprised as the above (A) component in an amount of 30 mass% or more relative to the total amount of the above (A) component and the above (B) component, and the refractive index after curing is 1.56 or more. In addition, the manufacturing method of an optical member according to the present invention comprises the steps of: coating the film formation composition according to the present invention on a substrate to form a coating layer and pressing a mold onto the above coating layer without heating; curing the above coating layer by irradiating with an ultraviolet ray in the state where the mold is pressed onto the above coating layer to form a resin layer; and detaching the above mold from the above resin layer.
