    • PURPOSE:To set a printing pressure in a wide range of gap and enable to cope with a wide range of thick printing materials, by providing a vertical position adjustor. CONSTITUTION:A worm 10 and a worm wheel 12 engaged to the worm 10 are provided on the side of a lower frame 1. An eccentric shaft 13a eccentric with reference to the center of rotation of a support shaft 13 is provided. An eccentric bearing 14 is supported on the shaft 13a. On the other hand, an upper bearing 16 is supported on a support shaft 15 on the side of an upper frame 5. The upper bearing 16 and the eccentric bearing 14 are connected to each other by an adjusting threaded shaft 17. A printing pressure according to the thickness of a printing material is set by manually rotating a handle wheel 11 clockwise or counterclockwise to rotate the eccentric shaft 13a through the worm 10 and the worm wheel 12. Based on the rotation of the shaft 13a, the point of eccentricity of the shaft 13a is moved up or down, and the upper frame 5 is opened or closed in the manner of a fan with a support shaft 7 as a fulcrum, whereby the gap between a rubber cylinder 8 and a pressure cylinder 2 is varied.
