    • PURPOSE:To increase effect of agitation in accordance with the change of operating condition, by shifting an agitating blade in the axial direction during operation of an agitating tank. CONSTITUTION:An agitating shaft consisting of an outer shaft 1 and an inner shaft 2 is provided with a shaft sealing device 8, and an agitating blade 4 is made movable in the axial direction of the agitating shaft. The moving means is the outer shaft 1 and the inner shaft 2 that transmits rotation of the outer shaft 1 and is movable in the axial direction. The tip of the inner shaft 2 is put in the hollow 3 of the outer shaft 1 to enable movement in the axial direction. At the same time, the agitating blade 4 and a sleeve 5 are fixed to another end of the inner shaft 2, and an end of a pantograph 6 is connected to the blade 4. A hydraulic cylinder 7 is installed to expand and contract the pantograph 6. As a radial bearing 15 and a thrust bearing 16 are provided between the sleeve 5 and pantograph 6, the pantograph 6 fixed to a cover 10 can move the inner shaft 2, blade 4 and sleeve 5 vertically independently of rotation of the inner shaft 2.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the vibration damping means of a rake constituted so as to minimize force generated in the bottom plate of a storage tank through the adsorption of load imparted to a bearing part by connecting a support plate having an inlay and insert orifice provided to the center thereof and the connecting part on the bottom plate of the storage tank arranged in corresponding relation to said support plate to the central lower part of the rake in the storage tank by a hollow structural material. CONSTITUTION:Plural support legs 1 comprising a steel pipe, H-shaped steel or L-shaped steel are arranged in a circumferential form or a rectangular form and a support plate 3 having an inlay and insert orifice 2 for inserting the shaft provided to the lower central part of a stirring apparatus is provided and fixed to the upper part of the above mentioned support legs 7. In this state, the lower part of the vertical member 1a of each support leg 1 is horizontally bent in a radial outward direction and the leading end part of each horizontal member 1b is bent downwardly at right angles to form a support member 1c while the connecting part with the bottom plate of a storage tank is formed to the lower end of each support leg 1. By the above mentioned constitution, because horizontal load applied to the bearing part by the stirring apparatus is absorbed by the elasticity of the vertical member 1a and the horizontal member 1b of each support leg 1, force generated to the bottom plate of a storage tank is minimized to eliminate the possibility of generating cracks to the bottom plate.
