    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle, preventing a high-temperature high-pressure heat exchange medium from hitting passengers and preventing low visibility with respect to the forward direction of the vehicle caused by the heat exchange medium filled in the form of a mist in a space in a cabin, by preventing the heat exchange medium from being leaked into the space in the cabin even if the high-temperature high-pressure heat exchange medium is leaked from pipes in the case that a heat pump system with an indoor heating heat exchanger arranged inside of the cabin is employed.SOLUTION: A case outer pipe 35a out of the pipes 35 composing the heat pump system 25, which is positioned outside of a case 7 storing the indoor heating heat exchanger 9 and inside of the space 4 in the cabin, is covered with a cover 38, thereby defining a highly airtight closed space 44 around the case outer pipe 35a. A grommet 55 attached to a fire board 5 is formed with a passage portion 60 for allowing the closed space 44 to communicate with an area 3 outside of the cabin and discharging the heat exchange medium leaked into the closed space 44 to the area 3 outside of the cabin. An opening/closing means for opening/closing the opening 61 of the passage portion 60 is a valve structure 64.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioning device provided with an ozone generator, which can prevent ozone from being released inside the vehicle, reduce a ventilation resistance and cost, and can be utilized without changing an existing unit.SOLUTION: A vehicle air conditioning device 1 includes, inside an air conditioning case 5, at least a heat exchanger 7 for cooling, an internal-external air switching door 25 for adjusting openings of an internal air introducing port 60 and an external air introducing port 21, mode doors (a def-vent passage side door 18, a def-vent switching door 19, and a foot door 22) for adjusting a supplying level of air to outlet opening parts, and an ozone generator 50 for generating the ozone. When the ozone is generated from the ozone generator 50, the mode doors 18, 19 and 22 are set in positions where air supply to each of outlet opening parts 14, 15 and 16 is shut, and inside an air conditioning unit 3 is sterilized.
