    • PURPOSE:To enhance mixing and treating capacities and to decrease motive power of operation, by providing both an impeller which is provided to the inside of a mixing chamber and rotated with a driver and a gas feeder connected to a gas chamber. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 7 is provided parallel to an air supply plate 2 and preset so that the center of its rotation crosses the upper and lower flow of powder. The impeller 7 performs action vanishing a vortex wherein the impeller 7 is interlaced to the circulating flows and thereby made to rotary flows G accompanying a complex fluctuation and these are made to one kind of dead part easily caused in convection and circulation of powder and the composition of powder is changed by accompanying separation phenomena. Furthermore strong shearing action is given to powder by the rotation of the impeller 7 and even fluid having flocculating properties vanishes its flocculating properties and is fluidized and migration, agitation and shearing action are fully given to powder as a whole and a mixed product excellent in precision of ratio and degree of mixing is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To cause reaction of dehydration and thermal decomposition in inorg. crystals, etc. and to obtain products of a high grade by supplying a hot gas into the outside cylinder of a double cylinder system to heat the inside cylinder uniformly and supplying a protecting gas into the inside cylinder to apply gaseous sealing. CONSTITUTION:An outside cylinder 1 and an inside cylinder 2 contained concentrically in said cylinder are provided rotatably, and gaseous sealing chambers 11 are provided near both end parts of the cylinder 1 and the cylinder 2. A hot gas such as combustion gas is supplied between the inside cylinder and the outside cylinder sealed by the chambers 11 through a hot gas supplying port 5, and the hot gas is circulated by using a fan 6 to heat the inside cylinder uniformly. A protecting gas is supplied through a supply port 7 into the inside cylinder and is discharged through a discharge port 8 to the outside, whereby gaseous sealing is applied to the inside cylinder and high airtightness is maintained. In such a device, the reaction of dehydration and thermal decomposition is caused in the inorg. crystals (e.g., hydrated magnesium chloride double salts) and org. crystal salts supplied from one end of the cylinder 2, whereby products of a high grade are produced industrially and continuously.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a cement clinker having low cost using a slag produced as a by-product as a main raw material while carrying out effective utilization of retaining heat of the slug by adding and blending a cement clinker raw material in state retaining temperature of the slag to a specific value or above with the slag produced as a by-product in high-temperature state in a metal refining process and burning and cooling the resultant blend. CONSTITUTION:A cement clinker raw material is added and blended in state retaining temperature of slag to >=600 deg.C with a slag produced as a by-product in high-temperature state in a metal refining process and the resultant blend is burned and then cooled. As the above-mentioned slag, blast furnace produced as a by-product in iron refining process is preferably used. A lime raw material, silica raw material or iron oxide raw material is preferably used as the cement clinker raw material in using the blast furnace.
