摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a confusion in case of inserting an IC card by installing a contact member near an insertion slit, transferring the IC card taken in the main body to the insertion slit with a transferring member and locking the rear end of the IC card with a locking member. CONSTITUTION:The contact member 30 is installed near the insertion slit 12 and the IC card 15 taken in the main body 11 is transferred to the insertion slit 12 with the transferring member (roller) 13, then the locking member 36 locks the rear end of the IC card 15. The locking member 36 provides a lock mechanism (not illustrated in figure) for keeping a projected state when the lug part 36a projects out of the face of a slide guide 26. Therefore even the IC card providing a rear contact terminal can be inserted in a reading.writing device for IC card with the right side up.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the forgery of recording information by transfer and the modification of the recording information by tampering by providing a magnetic layer to be used as a magnetic recording medium, a base material layer for obtaining mechanical strength and a reflection layer having a prescribed region where the surface reflectivity is irregular. CONSTITUTION:The base material layer 1 for increasing the mechanical strength of a magnetic card is formed by using, for example, a polyester material for electrical service. The magnetic layer 3 to constitute the region where information is magnetically recorded is formed on the bottom surface of the layer 1. The reflection layer 5 for which, for example, a thin aluminum film is used is formed atop the layer 1. The prescribed region of the surface on the side where the reflection layer 5 is not joined to the layer 1 is subjected to a working treatment to a fine rugged shape by using an intaglio printing technique. The region not subjected to the working to the recessed shape are therefore made different in reflectivity. A protective layer 7 to protect the reflection layer 5 is formed atop the layer 5. The forgery of the recording information by the transfer and the modification of the recording information by the tempering are thus prevented.

When the communication part determines the cord as being a collected one, a shutter 14a at the inlet 14 is opened to accept the radio card C. The accepted radio card C is checked to see that the card is the same as the radio card C presented. When the card is the same as the radio card C presented, the radio card C accepted is collected into a collection box 5, but when the card is not the same, the accepted card is returned to a return port 51.

The processed error ticket is temporarily held in a 2nd holding part and after the other train medium tickets are ejected, the error ticket is discharged.

CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 15 is inserted, a set of rollers 13 are driven by a motor 16, and convey the card 15 in a prescribed position. When the card 15 is conveyed, a slide guide 26 moves together, and a suppressing part 36 suppresses and sets the card 15 in an insertion state. Due to the movement of the slide guide 26, a contact pin 31 in the contact member 30 is brought into contact with the contact terminal of the card 15, and the member 30 communicates with the set card 15. Upon the completion of communication, the rollers 13 for the conveyance member are reversely driven by the motor 16, and convey the card 15 in the eject direction. The movement of the guide 26, which is caused by the card 16, releases a state where the suppressing member 36 suppresses and holds the card. Simultaneously the pin 31 is isolated from the contact terminal of the card 15 to eject it.
