摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber rope for mooring a floating body capable of accurately and surely mooring floating bodies such as a one-point mooring type middle layer type floating fish bank and a water surface mooring type oceanographic observation buoy at prescribed positions. SOLUTION: This fiber rope is for mooring the floating bodies under tensioned conditions. The fiber rope is set to a measured length, adding a load substantially equal to a load applied when using the rope or a load more than 1/3 of a load applied when using the rope. Appropriately, the rope has to length measured so as to be shorter than a measured length dimension by a required length according to a repeated load elongation characteristic of the fiber rope.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fastening an end of a fiber rope by which a high strength retention can be obtained without causing breakage in a part near an inlet of a socket and the practice is easily followed. SOLUTION: This method is to fasten an end of a fiber rope 1 by using a socket 2. The starting position for loosening of the end of the fiber rope 1 is set at a distance of 2-7 times based on the rope diameter from a part 211 near an inlet of the socket 2 and the part of the rope 1 after the position is loosened. A fixing material 4 prepared by mixing an inorganic powdery or granular material having a particle size of No.3 (2-0.3 mm average diameter) to No.6 (0.32-0.1 mm average diameter) in a ratio of 100-175 based on 100 of a thermosetting resin therein is injected into the interior of the socket 2 and cured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber rope containing wire, useful as a mooring line such as buoy without impairing transmitting and communicating functions of wire by helically winding the wire and flexible linear body around a core made of fiber having high strength and modulus and successively providing a stationary layer and an outer layer thereon. SOLUTION: This fiber rope containing wire is obtained by forming a protective layer 2 braided with a polyester fiber yarn around a core 1 composed of high-strength and high-modulus fiber such as aramid, arranging plural wires 4 and a flexible linear body 5 such as polyurethane having a diameter or area which is larger by 10-30% than that of the wires 4 in no-load state between these wires 4 and 4 on the outer periphery of the protective layer 2 and winding the wires and the linear body around the protective layer, further providing a water-permeable stationary layer 6 winding yarn, tape, belt fabric, etc., on the circumference and providing an outer layer 7 made of a polyester fiber and having braiding structure on the circumference.
