The control part carries out titration treatment (time t0 to t1) for titrating the coating solution to the center part of the substrate by controlling the titration part, a first rotating speed increase control treatment (time t1 to t2) for controlling the rotary mechanism to increase the rotating speed of the substrate and spread the coating solution titrated on the center, a rotation speed decrease control treatment (time t2 to t3) for controlling the rotary mechanism to decrease the rotating speed of the substrate to a prescribed rotation speed, a second rotating speed increase control treatment (time t4 to t5) for controlling the rotary mechanism to increase the rotating speed of the substrate and further spread the coating solution, and curing treatment for controlling the curing treatment part and radiating radiation beam to the coating solution to carry out curing.

As a result, the cost of a molding resin material for a molded piece can be reduced, a molded piece having excellent quality without deviation of core can be manufacture with excellent productivity; abrasion and scuff of the molds do not occur, and the cost for maintaining the molds can be largely reduced.
