    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a resonance frequency at a high speed over a wide range with a simple configuration by providing 1st and 2nd electrodes with a dielectric layer inbetween on an electric insulation layer of a resonator and supplying energy to each electrode so as to set the resonance frequency to be a desired frequency. SOLUTION: A resonator is formed to be a microstrip line structure where a superconducting resonator element 14 is provided on a dielectric board 12 whose rear side is provided with a ground face 11. A dielectric body 17 whose dielectric constant varies through the reception of a voltage, 1st and 2nd electrodes 16, 18 between which a voltage is applied, an insulation dielectric body 15 to insulate the 1st electrode 16 from a resonance element 14 are respectively laminated on the resonator. In the high frequency device with the configuration as above, the dielectric constant of the dielectric body 17 is changed according to an electric field produced between the 1st and 2nd electrodes 16, 18 by the energy supplied from a power supply 19 and then the impedance of the resonance element 14 is changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of variance of the output frequency of a synthesizer that is caused by the variance of power voltage due to the ON/OFF operations of a transmitting part in the time division multiplex communication by providing the regulator of the synthesizer separately from the regulators which are used in other blocks. SOLUTION: A 1st regulator 2 is prepared to convert the voltage of a battery 1 into the desired voltage and supplies this voltage to a transmitting part 3, a receiving part 4 and a base band signal processing part 6 together with a 2nd regulator 7 which is placed separately from the regulator 2 and converts the voltage of the battery 1 into the desired one to supply it to a synthesizer 5. The input voltage of the regulator 7 is always varied by the ON/OFF operations of the part 3 and this variance, however, can be reduced by the ripple rejection performance of the regulator 7. Thus the stable voltage can always be supplied to the synthesizer 5 despite the ON/OFF operations of the part 3.

Further, when plural position indicating devices are used, only transmission timing is controlled to enable them to be used at the same time.

The bias control signal controls the bias of the power amplifier part 1. The power level in the pass frequency range of the band-pass filter of the upper band wave and the power level in the pass frequency range of the band pass filter of the lower band are set to the absolute power level lower than the specified value.

    • PURPOSE:To increase impedance with an inductance inside an IC, the inductance provided with an adjustment element on a substrate side and the inductance of an element for connecting them. CONSTITUTION:At the time of connecting the IC 11 and a substrate 13 by a bonding wire, inconsistency is generated between them by a connection position, a loop length and the degree of tension, etc. The inductance 14 is provided in the IC 11 so as not to let the inconsistency reach a transistor 12. At the time, as an element value for reducing influence, the value twice as much as or more as the input and output impedance of the transistor is defined. Also, so as to avoid the inconsistency due to change and the difficulty of the change of the element value inside the IC 11, the inductance 16 whose loss is lower than the inductance 14 is used on the side of the substrate 13 and it is made variable. Further, so as to supply a DC voltage to the IC 11, a connection element 15 for connecting the IC 11 and the substrate 13 is provided and the element 15 becomes an undefined element at the time of mounting the IC 11. Thus, a function as a matching circuit for higher harmonic and the basic wave of a desired high frequency is attained.
