And by applying a pressure to the actuation rod 7a to lower it by the pressurizing member 23b while rotating a pair of connecting rods 22 connected to a holding member 20, the shoes 5 of brake arms 3 are separated from a brake drum 1 and released. As a result, the brake releasing device can correspond to the condition such as a maintenance and inspection, a power failure, and a trouble rapidly.

    • PURPOSE:To fix component parts easily and firmly, by engaging the leg sections of a coil cover with each one pair of wedge engaging sides by means of driving the leg sections into respective slots, and by setting a stationary wedge with the leg sections placed between respective coils. CONSTITUTION:An electrical iron plate 11a constituting a core main-unit 11 is provided with rivet holes 111 bored along the upper side, and is provided with slots 112 formed on the lower side. The slots 112 are provided with coil grooves 112a containing coils 16, and wedge engaging grooves 112b having wedge engaging sides 112b'. An electrical iron plate 12a is provided with rivet holes 121 and slots 122. Then, in the state of containing the coils 16 into coil containing grooves 22, a wedge 26 is driven into a wedge engaging long groove 23, and is fixed to the main unit 11. Besides, after the wedge 26 is driven, a coil cover 14 is fitted on; one side leg section 14a is fixed with a bolt 15, and the other side leg section 14b is fixed in contact with a single plate 12 by driving a stationary wedge 27 into the notched section 26a of the wedge 26.

    • PURPOSE:To cool a motor interior evenly, by a method wherein cooling air is introduced between a stator laminated core and a cover, and wherein the air is discharged in the axial direction from a hole formed on a core keep plate, and wherein the air is directed to a coil end by a guide. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air fed from a blower 15 is conducted to the primary ventilation flue 22 through a conducting duct 26 and a conducting hole 25, and when conducted, the air is divided into two in the direction evenly. And after a stator laminated core 1 is cooled b the air through the ventilation flue 22, and air is conducted to the secondary ventilation flue 24 from a continuous hole opposite to the conducting hole 25. The, the air is discharged from the secondary ventilation flue 24 evenly into a guide 29 via a discharging hole 28, and after a coil end 16 is cooled by the air, the air is discharged outside from the space between the coil end 16 and the guide 29. In this manner, the cooling air flows on the outer periphery of the stator laminated core 1 evenly in two directions, and so the uneveness of the temperature rise of the stator laminated core 1 can be minimized.
