    • PURPOSE:To prevent the lack of gas and safely operate a fuel cell power generation system without excess supply of a reaction gas and correction of a reaction gas flow rate by installing a current increasing/decreasing instruction means, a reaction gas flow rate control means, a delay setting means, and a load control means. CONSTITUTION:A current increasing/decreasing instruction means 10 converts the variation of a set value of a load setting device 11 into an adding current signal and a subtracting current signal which indicate a certain increasing/decreasing speed of the output d.c. current of a fuel cell, then outputs the converted signals. This signal is utilized as a raw fuel and output d.c. current increasing/decreasing instruction means. A reaction gas (raw fuel) flow rate control means 20 computes a reaction gas set flow rate QS from the adding current signal, a d.c. current detecting value Id and a conversion factor previously obtained, and controls a reaction gas flow rate by a control valve 5 so that a detected flow rate Qf becomes equal to the flow rate QS. A set current value IS is updated through a delay set device 30 and a load control means 40, and the output a.c. power P of a D/A converter 4 is controlled so as to bring the value Id close to the value IS. The lack of gas is prevented and power generating operation is stabilized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio equipment capable of displaying remaining communication time and communication contents. SOLUTION: When the timeout time of communication sequences 301, 302 and 303 is respectively defined as 30 sec, 10 sec and 10 sec, a total sum S of timeout time is 50 sec. The reference value of remaining time is defined as 50 sec and picture display is performed for the remaining time of 50 sec at the time of communication start (311). Portable radio equipment 3 calls a wireless handset 5. When calling is received, the wireless handset 5 transmits a telegraphic activation message to a meter 7. When the telegraphic activation message is received, the meter 7 transmits a telegraphic response message through the wireless handset 5 to the portable radio equipment 3 (301). Then, the remaining time is displayed second by second like '50 sec', '49 sec'.... In this case, when the real communication time of the communication sequence 301 is 25 sec, at this time point, the total of the timeout time of the communication sequences 302 and 303 is defined as remaining time. Therefore, 25 sec is displayed as remaining time (312) and in the next moment, 20 sec is displayed as remaining time (313). Afterwards, similar display is performed in the communication sequences 302 and 303 as well.
