CONSTITUTION:Adhesive agent in a polyolefin series which includes functional groups contributing to bonding properties, is divided into a mixed portion and a remaining portion, fire-resisting agent and the like are mixedly added to the mixed portion so as to be formed into a first mixed product, and the aforesaid remaining portion is mixedly added to the first mixed product just before the aforesaid product is extruded into a filament so as to be formed into a second mixed product. The second mixed product is laminated with a resinous film acting as the base material of an insulating tape so as to be integrated.

CONSTITUTION:An anchor coat layer composed mainly of an organic titanium compound is formed with the thickness of 0.0005 to 10.0mum on the film surface of a polyester film 3. For the organic titanium compound, alkyl titanate of tetra-i-propyl titanate or the like represented by Ti(OR)4 (R is alkyl group or allyl group) is suitable. On the anchor coat layer a polyolefin binding agent layer 1 is formed. For the bonding agent layer 1, polyethylene or graft denatured body or the like is used, and preferably, its bending elastic modulus is set within the range of 500 to 20000kg/cm , and as required, an additive agent such as a flame retardant can be mixed thereinto.

CONSTITUTION:An anchor coating 2 of silane modified polyolefin resin is formed on the surface of a polyester film 3. As an example of the silane modified polyolefin resin, a resin obtained by graft copolymerization of alkoxysilane with an ethylene-ethyl-acrylate copolymer is mentioned. Next, a layer 1 of polyolefin adhesive (e.g. a layer of maleic acid modified low density polyethylene) is formed over the anchor coating 2 to manufacture an insulating tape. The silane modified polyolefin resin has so high affinity to both of the layers 1 and 3 and is so excellent in heat and water resistance that the layers 1 and 3 can be bonded together at a sufficient adhesion property and that the insulating tape excellent in heat and water resistance can be manufactured.

That means, the film 21 has electrical conductivity and it is formed by using an electrical conductive material where electric charge is easily transmitted. Besides, cation surface active agent, nonionic surface active agent, anionic surface active agent or the like can be mentioned as the electrical conductive material and the cation surface active agent is the best among them.
