    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize passive circuit constant by arranging passive circuit elements, having a large tolerance for their circuit constants within a multiplayer board, and passive circuit elements having a small tolerance for their circuit constants on the surface of the multiplayer board. SOLUTION: Among passive circuit elements, capacitors C11 and C12 have coils L2 and L4 grounded in terms of high-frequency, and are located on the side of power terminals Vcc1 and Vcc2 for supplying operating voltages to transistors TR1 and TR2, respectively. That is, these capacitors C11 and C12 are passive circuit elements having a large tolerance for their circuit constants, and thus are arranged in the interior a multiplayer board 100, while capacitors C1 to C7 and coils L1 to L5, which are passive circuit elements having a small tolerance of their circuit constants, are arranged on the surface of the board 100.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna whose radiation efficiency and reception sensitivity are high by installing a dielectric substrate in a form making the whole or a part of the top plate of a shielding casing provided for the high frequency circuit part of a radio equipment by means of setting the forming face side of an antenna element pattern to an outer face side. SOLUTION: The top plate part of the shielding easing 22 covering the high frequency circuit part 21 of a mother board 20 in a form telephone set is used as an antenna device. The antenna element pattern 11 is formed on the outer face of the substrate 10 formed of a dielectric material and a ground conductor is provided on almost whole face at the back. Since the ground conductor is constituted on one whole face of the plate in an antenna device 1, the planar antenna device 1 of structure which is designed to be thin is constituted as the whole top plate of the shielding easing 23 or a part of it. In the antenna device 1, the ground conductor is formed on one whole face and the antenna element pattern 11 radiating a radio wave is formed on a face opposite to the face where the ground conductor 15 is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make partial the distribution of the magnetic energy generated from spiral conductor patterns, to improve mutual magnetic coupling, and to make the component small-sized by constituting the spiral conductor patterns which are arranged so that the interval of their mutually close sides is narrower than that of other sides. SOLUTION: On a substrate 1, two spiral conductor patterns 2 and 5 which are each wound three times are formed by photolithography. The winding start parts 2-1 and 5-1 of the spiral conductor patterns 2 and 5 are arranged on the side where the winding end parts 2-2 and 5-2 are close to each other. The conductor patterns on the side where the spiral conductor patterns 2 and 5 are close to each other are made linear and the length by which they are close to each other is equalized; and the conductor patterns are made nearly arcuate at other parts to reduce the high-frequency loss. The conductor pattern interval on the side where the spiral conductor patterns 2 and 5 are close to each other is set smaller than that of other parts.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the miniaturization of resonator without deteriorating the Q of the resonator by constitution an dielectric body with a stacked matter composed of high and low dielectric layers, providing the high dielectric layer on both sides of the resonance conductor in the laminating direction and providing the lower dielectric layer between the high dielectric layer and a GND electrode. CONSTITUTION:A low dielectric layer 6-1 is formed at first to a dielectric resonator 1 and a high dielectric layer 7-1 is formed on the lower dielectric layer 6-1. Then a conductor is printed on the high dielectric layer 7-1 to from a resonance conductor 4 having a thick film pattern. Then a high dielectric layer 7-2 is laminated on the conductor 4 and the vertical/horizontal direction of the resonance conductor 4 is enclosed by the high dielectric layers 7-1, 7-2. Then the low dielectric layer 6-2 is laminated on the high dielectric layer 7-2 to from the entire part to be a pyramid. Finally a GND electrode 5 is formed by printing a conductor to the entire side of the outer sides except one side which the resonance conductor 4 is exposed. Then one end of the resonance conductor 4 is connected with the electrode 5. Thus, the dielectric resonator is miniaturized without deteriorating the Q of the resonator.
