    • PURPOSE:To reduce a cost by a method wherein a square steel pipe is caused to obliquely cross other square steel pipe such that the two surfaces, crossing each other at right angles at a cross section, of the square steel pipe are extended at a given angle with a grid surface, and a panel point where the two pipes cross each other is welded to form a rigid joint. CONSTITUTION:A tip part 5a of a square steel pipe 1a where two surfaces crossing a grid surface at right angles are extended at an angle of 45 deg. is engaged with a tip part 6a of a joint pipe 6 made of a cast steel which has approximately the same diameter as that of the pipe 1a and length shorter than that of the pipe, and a joint peripheral edge 7a is welded. Tip parts 5b and 5c of square pipes 1b and 1c are joined with both sides of the intermediate part of the pipe 6 at an angle of 60 deg. to weld joint peripheral edges 7b and 7c. A tip part 6d of the pipe 6 is engaged with a tip part 5d of a steel pipe 1d so that the steel pipes 1a and 1d are brought into a line to weld a joint peripheral edge 7d, and the steel pipes 1e and 1f are welded to the tip part 5d of the steel pipe 1d. A weld part at a panel joint 4a is lengthened according to an inclination angle, and coupling forms a firm rigid joint. This constitution reduces a total weight and reduces a cost.

    • PURPOSE:To measure two-dimensional displacement quantity, by mounting a displacement converter or a first angle detector outputting the electric signal corresponding to the moving quantity of a wire rope and a second angle detector outputting the electric signal corresponding to the angle of rotation of a running block. CONSTITUTION:The moving quantity of one point 6 of a wire rope 6 at a reference position 3 is set to d1, the winding-in quantity or pay-out quantity of the wire rope 6 to a running block 2 at a measuring point position to d2 and the distance between the perpendicular V passing the center point 0 erected from the straight line AB on a plane ABC and a point C to P1. Now, when it is assumed that a measuring point 1 moved from the point C to a point C' with respect to the reference position 3, the up-and-down direction displacement quantity Dv and horizontal direction displacement quantity Dh of the measuring point 1 are calculated from formulae I, II. The electric signals corresponding to d1 and d2 outputted from a displacement meter 8 and an angle detector 9 are inputted to an operator performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division and square etc. and operated on the basis of the formulae I, II to obtain the vertical direction displacement quantity Dv and horizontal direction displacement Dh of the measuring point 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry construction method where any filling material such as mortar is completely unnecessary by holding a plate with small unevenness on the surface between pressure bonding surfaces of precast concrete members to be pressure bonded with each other, and tightening the plate with a binding material arranged perpendicular to the pressure bonding surfaces. SOLUTION: A plate 4 on the surface of which a large number of small unevenness are formed, is held between precast concrete members 1, 1 to be pressure bonded against each other, and firmly bound by a binding material 2 arranged perpendicular the pressure bonding surfaces. The uneven plate 4 to be used in the pressure bonding construction method absorbs the irregularity of the pressure bonding surface of the precast concrete member 1, and is an element to perform the complete dry pressure bonding method, and functions as one kind of a linearly-elastic or non-linearly elastic filling material on the pressure bonding surface to mitigate the stress concentration on the pressure bonding surface. After the joining, the reduction of the tension introduced in the binding material 2 is suppressed to a certain degree through the elastic deformation of the unevenness. A dry construction method can be obtained where any filling material such as mortar is completely unnecessary.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a large building with a large roof which is reduced in weight, comparatively low in a construction cost, and also low in a management cost. CONSTITUTION:A high mast 11 is erected in the vicinity of each of the corner parts of a polygonal shape as seen from a plane. The ends on one side of two pairs of suspension members 13 and 14 are coupled to an upper part 11a of each mast and two rings 15 and 16 are arranged in a space surrounded with a number of the masts. The ends on the other side of the suspension members 13 and 14 are coupled to the parts, located at a distance, of the rings 15 and 16, and the rings 15 and 16 are suspended in midair. Coupling parts 17 and 18 between the rings 15 and 16 and the suspension members 13 and 14 are pulled down by means of a lower part 11b of the mast and a control tension member 19 coupled to an anchor on or under a ground. A tensile force is introduced to the rings 15 and 16 and the suspension members 13 and 14 and a roof 20 is supported by the rings 15 and 16. Since a force exerted on a building is all supported by the masts, This constitution causes simplification of boundary structure. Since a number of towering multistory buildings are utilized as a mast, a huge atrium of an urbon space can be built at a low cost.
