    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate smooth turning movement of the counterpart member of a boss member for a long period by arranging a seal member on a sliding part of the boss member and the counterpart member with a simple installing structure. SOLUTION: Each outer side bush 15 is formed of sintered alloy in which lubricating oil having low viscosity is impregnated, each bush 15 is slidably arranged in each inner side bush 16, the flange part 16C of each inner side bush 16 abuts on the outer side end surface 15B of the outer bush 15. Each inner side bush 16 is integratedly connected to each other by a seal pipe 22, a connecting pin 25 is pushed in each inner side bush 16, and lubricating oil F having low viscosity if filled in a lubricating oil housing part 24 formed between a boss pipe 13 and outer side bush 15 and the seal pipe 22. A floating seal 18 is arranged in a seal housing space P between the bush engaging hole 12A of each boss part 12 and the flange part 16C.

    • PURPOSE: To accurately and easily perform positioning of a support member having two pressure introducing holes and a plate-like member which is joined to one end surface of this support member and in which places corresponding to the holes become straining parts and pressure detecting parts are formed in places of these straining parts, in a differential pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION: A differential pressure sensor is provided with a support member 1 having two holes 2 and 3 to respectively introduce pressure fluid and a plate- like member 6 joined to one end surface of the support member 1, and two pressure detecting film forming parts 8 are arranged on one surface of this plate-like member 6 in response to the holes 2 and 3, and the plate-like member 6 is formed in a rectangular shape, and positioning parts 4 and 5 to perform positioning by using the two sides of this plate-like member 6 are formed on the support member 6. The positioning parts 4 and 5 of the support member 1 are two plane-like surface parts formed on a peripheral surface of the support member 1, and positioning is performed by making respective ones of these two plane-like surface parts and the two sides of the plate-like member 6 coincide with each other, and the support member 1 and the plate-like member 6 are joined together.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate assembling and disassembling by reducing the number of part items in a differential pressure sensor unit. CONSTITUTION: In a differential pressure sensor unit constituted so as to detect differential pressure between two fluid pressures by a strain detecting part 11 arranged in a straining part of a pressure receiving part by respectively impressing the fluid pressures on both obverse and reverse of the pressure receiving part 10, the differential pressure sensor unit is composed of two fluid pressure introducing members 1 and 2 to introduce respective ones of the two fluid pressures and a differential pressure detecting member 3 which has the pressure receiving part 10 and detects differential pressure by the strain detecting part 11. The differential pressure detecting member 3 is interposed between the two fluid pressure introducing members 1 and 2, and this differential pressure detecting member 3 has an outer peripheral surface opposed to one fluid pressure introducing member and an inner peripheral surface opposed to the other fluid pressure introducing member, and has two sealing members 16 and 19 to contact with respective ones of the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface.
