    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a photographing device and an illumination device which can emit illumination light by a suitable light emitting color corresponding to a photographing environment.
      SOLUTION: The photographing device is provided with an imaging means for picking up the image of an object, a variable color illumination means capable of varying the emitting color of illumination light, an environmental information acquiring means for acquiring environmental information for imaging operation, and an emitting color control means for controlling the variable color illumination means on the basis of the environmental information and emitting illumination light by an emitting color corresponding to the photographing environment. A pressure sensor for detecting the peripheral pressure of the photographing device as environmental information is arranged as the environmental information acquiring means, and when a state that the photographing device is present under water is detected on the basis of peripheral pressure information, the emitting color of illumination light is controlled so as to be matched with the complementary color of solar light made incident into the water. The color balance of an image picked up by the imaging means is acquired as the environmental information and the emitting color of illumination light is controlled so as to be matched with the acquired color balance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving mechanism which is securely initialized to return a popped-up body from a pop-up position to a storage position and eliminates play of the popped-up body at the storage position.
      SOLUTION: When a flash case 11 is manually put back to the storage position, the driving mechanism 30 is initialized by pushing a slanting plane part 47 of a 2nd lever 41 with a projection type engagement part 12 of the flash case 11 to rotate it around a 1st rotary shaft 26 together with a 1st lever 31 and thereby releasing a mover 58 into which a spherical surface body 46 of a rod type connection part 45 of the 2nd lever 41 is inserted from being attracted by a permanent magnet 53 of a solenoid 51 with the magnet. The 1st lever 31 has the 1st rotary shaft 26 inserted into an arcuate long hole 33 and has a hook part 35 at the lower end locked rotatably on a 2nd rotary shaft 42 of the 2nd lever 41. This constitution eliminates even the play.
