    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious person detection device for highly accurately detecting a suspicious person such as a push-in robber.SOLUTION: The suspicious person detection device includes: an imaging part for successively obtaining images in a prescribed region; a tracking part for tracking persons on the images by each person image detected from the images and successively outputting position information of each person image; a detection part for detecting existence of the suspicious person; and an output part for outputting alarm when detecting the existence of the suspicious person. The detection part includes: relative position calculation means for calculating a relative position being relative position relation between the first person image and the second person image among the multiple person images when the tracking part detects the multiple person images; and determination means for determining the existence of the suspicious person when the relative position is substantially fixed over a prescribed time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mistake of a tracking target, when a plurality of moving objects which move inside of a monitoring space approach one another. SOLUTION: An image of a moving object is detected by a monitoring image of time series which has photographed the monitoring space. When there is an object approaching a target object (S54), a feature immobility range comprising colors common at a plurality of time points among color histograms of the target object, and a feature fluctuation range comprising colors appeared at once among color histograms of the plurality of times of approaching object are compared (S55). Then the tracking features of the target object are set in a range which dies not overlap the feature fluctuation range of the approaching object out of the feature immobility ranges of the target object (S57). Thus, positional relations among objects are determined at all times, based on the monitored images of a time series, and in an approaching state, the tracking features are made discriminable from an approaching partner.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object detector capable of detecting the presence of a plurality of moving objects even when occlusion occurs.SOLUTION: A moving object detector comprises at least: an imaging part that takes an image of a monitored area; an illumination part that is installed so as to illuminate the monitored area with an optical axis different from the visual axis of the imaging part; an image processing part that detects a moving object from the image taken by the imaging part; and an output part. The image processing part comprises: changed-area extraction means that extracts a changed area from a reference image by comparing the reference image and an input image obtained by the imaging part photographing the monitoring area illuminated by the illumination part; dividing means that divides the changed area into a moving object image and a shadow image by using characteristics of the changed area; and determining means that determines whether the shadow is caused by a plurality of moving objects by using the characteristics of the shadow image and outputs a result of determination to the output part.
