At the time of passing the excavating machine 10 through the side wall, cutting is performed by the cutting mechanism 14 so as to enable the water-cut. With this structure, even in the case where the back filling material filling pipe 3, which is projected outside, exists, water-stop property is sufficiently secured, and while the machine can start, pass through or achieve the side wall of the vertical shaft.
