摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothes-wadding which has excellent elasticity, denseness and setting resistance, is capable of suppressing the generation of swarf and has excellent workability and the good form stability of a fiber assemblage and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: The clothes-wadding 1 is the fiber assemblage mainly comprising multifilament yarn of 0.5 to 50 denier having three-dimensional stereoscopic crimps of 20 to 200 peaks/25 mm in the number of crimps. The fiber density of the fiber assemblage is 0.03 to 0.1 g/cc and the thickness is in a range of 5 to 1000 mm and, in addition, the fibers are partially adhered to each other. The process for producing the clothes-wadding is executed by previously mixing the crimped multifilament yarn and an adhesive and packing the mixture into a molding flask or mixing both and packing the mixture into the molding flask while blowing the mixture therein by an air stream and subjecting the mixture to a heat treatment to partially adhere the fibers to each other by an adhesive after or which adjusting the fiber density.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wadding having sufficient water absorptive and hygroscope properties and sufficient durability, elasticity and comfortablenes by forming chairs, bedding, etc., provided with layers having at least the water absorptive and hygroscopic properties and integrally bonding another layer with the sheet layer which softens and has the surface temp. lowering by more than a specific temp. than the ambient temp. SOLUTION: A water resistant film is preferably bonded to one surface of the water absorptive and hygroscopic sheet. The water resistant film having a function to allow the permeation of steam but not to allow the permeation of liquid is more preferable. For example, microporous films, etc., of polyurethane and polyethylene are preferably used. When the film absorbs moisture, the moisture begins to evaporate as steam and, therefore, the film is thereby deprived of the latent heat of evaporation. The film of which the surface temp. falls preferably by >=2 deg.C, further preferably >=3 deg.C, after 30 minutes by absorbing the moisture of at least 0.5 times the weight ratio of the water absorptive and hygroscopic layer is preferably used. Such falling temp. preferably falls largely in an early time and is determined by a moisture releasing rate and, therefore, the stock of a cellulose system is preferably used.
