摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency by making a work bench and a first load-carrying platform enter between branches and between trees easily and advancing them deeply up to the innermost part so as to widen a work scope and bringing them close to a desired position easily without moving a self- running bogie. SOLUTION: A deck 7 is provided on a self-running bogie 5 provided with a running device 2 through a lifting device 6 of a link like X character in such a manner that it can ascend and descend freely. One end of a boom 10 is supported on the deck so as to turn in the horizontal direction so that the boom 10 can be expanded and shrunk. A work bench 11 and a first load- carrying platform 12 are provided in a tip part of the boom 10, the first load- carrying platform 12 is provided in a front part of the work bench 11, and a second load-carrying platform 9 is provided above a boom 10 support end side.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock a claw body and an engaging arm by merely turning a lock lever to an engaging position by constituting an overhang plate lock mechanism of a work vehicle in such a manner that the claw body is provided and protrudes in side parts or lower faces on both right and left sides of an overhang plate, an engaging arm which can move to the engaging position and a release position for the claw body is provided, and the engaging arm is interlocked and connected with the lock lever provided on a deck so as to engage the claw body with or disengage it from the engaging arm due to the turn of the lock lever. SOLUTION: In a work vehicle in which a deck 7 is provided on a self-running bogie 5 and an overhang plate 51 is provided in such a way that it can overhang more on a side in the horizontal direction than the deck 7, a claw body 59 is provided and protrudes in a side part or a lower face of the overhang plate 51, an engaging arm 63 which can move to an engaging position and a release position for the claw body 59 is provided, and the engaging arm 63 is interlocked and connected with a lock lever 65 provided on the deck 7 to engage the engaging arm with and disengage it from the claw body due to the turn of the lock lever. Moreover, a plurality of overhang plates are arranged in parallel, and the claw body is provided on each overhang plate to engage and disengage each overhang plate simultaneously due to the turn of the lock lever.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a cargo such as a container at a loading position where one end of a first load-carrying platform is raised, prevent the cargo from sliding and dropping, and store harvests easily into the container from a work bench by constituting a cargo transfer mechanism of a work vehicle in such a manner that the other end of the first load-carrying platform is pivotally supported on the work bench and the cargo transfer mechanism can turn to the loading position where one end of the first load-carrying platform is raised and a transfer position where one end thereof is lowered down to a height of a second load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: A work bench 11, a first load-carrying platform 12, and a second load-carrying platform 9 are arranged in close proximity on a self-running bogie 5 so that the work bench 11 and the first load-carrying platform 12 can move around the second load-carrying platform 9. The first load-carrying platform 12 is arranged at a higher position than the second load- carrying platform 9, and one end of the first load-carrying platform 12 is pivotally supported on the work bench 11 to constitute a cargo transfer mechanism of a work vehicle in such a manner that it can turn to a loading position where the other end of the first load-carrying platform 12 is raised and a transfer position where the other end thereof is lowered down to a height of the second load-carrying platform. Moreover, a release lever 43 is provided in the vicinity of the work bench 11 so that the first load-carrying platform 12 can turn from the loading position to the transfer position due to the turn of the release lever 43. Further, rollers 37, 45 are arranged on top faces of the first load-carrying platform 12 and the second load-carrying platform 9.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent tumbling by furnishing a control means to control the motions of a driving means for elevating/sinking and also revolving when the level of a deck and the revolving angle of a boom have attained the respective set values. CONSTITUTION: The position of the center of gravity is calculated from the placed load obtained from the sensing value of a pressure sensor, a lift of a working deck 9 sensed by an angle sensor, the revolving angle of a boom 14 and the inclining angle of a vehicle for high lift work. Calculation is made to determine whether the obtained position lies within the safe zone B, and if located at the outermost of the zone B, the boom 14 is stopped revolving and elevating and the deck 9 also stopped lifting. The safe zone B is set by previous calculations and can be expressed three-dimensionally. The center of gravity G1 lies approx. under the center when the deck 9 and a gondola 15 are in the downmost positions, and heightens with lifting (G2), and when the boom 14 is revolved, the center of gravity shifts in follow-up. The safe zone B narrows with increasing load applied.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate turning of a machine body through reduction of the occurrence of turn resistance and to prevent the damage of grass at a tree farm by a method wherein during steering, the approximately central rolling wheel of a crawler on the turning side is pressed against the ground touching side and turning is effected centering around the crawler of the rolling wheel part. CONSTITUTION:In a crawler vehicle 1, when a machine body is turned with a low turning radius, when the piston 10a of the cylinder mechanism 10 of a crawler 2 is expanded, a rolling wheel 5a is pressed against a ground touch side through an actuating arm 9, a rotary support part 8, and a link arms 6 and 7, and the crawler 2 of the rolling wheel 5a part is protruded downward. By effecting a turn centering around the protrusion part, turning which reduces the generation of ground touch resistance is practicable. When an amount of chemicals 4a in a chemical tank 4 is high and the center of gravity of a machine body is moved rearward a rolling wheel 5b on the rear side is pressed and is caused to effect a turn and this way performs a stable turn matching with the center of gravity of the machine body.
