    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately determine the timing of replacement of a part whose thickness and strength is reduced because of wear and to easily and accurately determine the possibility of reusing the part in another machine.
      SOLUTION: A token 99 is dropped into a separation hole 4, rotated and carried to be delivered from a delivery hole 9 by a delivery rotor 3. Two recesses 5A and 5B with different depth are formed as wear quantity determining means on a top 3A of the delivery rotor 3. In manufacturing the delivery rotor 3 with one million tokens as a prescribed delivery number of tokens, the depth of one recess 5A is such that, for example, about five hundred thousand tokens, a half of the prescribed delivery number of tokens, can be delivered as long as the recess 5A remains even if the top 3A of the delivery rotor 3 wears out, which means the delivery rotor 3 has the thickness from the lower surface 3B to the base of the recess 5A. On the other hand, the depth of the other recess 5B is such that, for example, as many as one hundred thousand tokens, 1/10 of the prescribed delivery number of tokens, can be delivered as long as the recess 5B remains even if the top 3A of the delivery rotor 3 wears out, which means as long as the delivery rotor 3 has the thickness from the lower surface 3B to the base of the recess 5B.

      SOLUTION: The rear end 6B side of a right side panel 6 is closely bent to form double panels and a panel on the left side panel 5 side is bent at right angles to the left side panel 5 side to make a back panel 7.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle chute which is capable of adjusting a head position of a nozzle in a wide range so as to correspond to various types of game machines, and which does not obstruct opening of a door of the game machine.
      SOLUTION: One end of a base member 4 of the nozzle chute is horizontally and rotatably fitted to a token lending machine 1, in which engaging recessed parts 5 are arranged on an upper face of a cylindrical part in vertical and horizontal rows. A middle part is curved so that the head part is toward a game token receiving tray. A nozzle chute turning member 7 is provided with ball latches 8 in an inside of an upper end of a cylindrical base so as to engage with the engaging recessed parts 5, and is fitted to the base member 4 of the nozzle chute. The head position of the nozzle is adjusted by selecting the engaging recessed part 5 for engaging the ball latch 8. A slide groove and an engaging recessed part are provided on an outside lateral position of the base member 4 of the nozzle chute so that the head part of the nozzle chute turning member 7 is turned upward and fixed when the door of the game machine is opened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which a coin sorting mechanism can work even when relatively large foreign matter is conveyed, and which can easily solve a problem, when a trouble occurs.
      SOLUTION: The device comprises a coin collecting mechanism 10 which collects coins C by conveying the coin horizontally, a coin flattening roller 20 which separates and flattens the coins C collected by the coin collecting mechanism 10, a coin sorting mechanism 50 comprising a falling hole 51 which is located in a downstream direction of the coin collecting mechanism 10 and has a diameter such that a flattened 100 yen coin can falls thereinto but a flattened 500 yen coin cannot fall and a falling hole 52 which has a diameter such that a flattened 500 yen coin can falls thereinto, a coin conveying mechanism 40 which conveys the coins C to the falling hole 52 of the coin sorting mechanism 50 by applying a force horizontally to the coins conveyed by the coin collecting mechanism 10, coin guiding chutes 60A and 60B whose openings are faced with the falling hole 51 and the falling hole 52 of the coin sorting mechanism 50, respectively, and a safe which sorts the coins guided by the coin guiding chutes 60A and 60B.
