SOLUTION: This pipe boring machine 10 is formed out of a fixed side frame 11 to be detachably mounted to the tip end of an arm 2 of a work machine such as a hydraulic shovel 1 and the like, a movable side frame 12 disposed onto the fixed side frame 11 so as to be made slidable, a rotary cutting blade 13 rotatably disposed to the movable side frame 12, a rotating means rotating the rotary cutting blade 13, a guide plate 14 integrally fixed to the fixed side frame 11 for positioning and holding the machine, and protecting the blade, and of a slide means for sliding the rotary blade 13 together with the movable side frame 12, and the aforesaid pipe boring machine is so designed as to be mounted to the tip end of the arm 2 of the work machine such as the hydraulic shovel 1 as an attachment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently erase a white line by providing a rotary brush inside the main body mounted at the front part of a vehicle and providing a nozzle for ejecting high-temperature and high-pressure water toward a white line erasing working part and a vacuum hose absorbing peeled pieces of white line paint together with fog-like moisture. SOLUTION: In order to erase a white line, after driving an engine 12 and packing fresh water into a fresh water tank 6, this device travels to an erasing starting position to rotate a rotary brush. In addition, the high-temperature and high-pressure water is ejected and the main body 2 is lowered to start working. Thereby, the brush 3 is rotated around a horizontal shaft to rub off white line paint by intruding the tips of bristles to the neighborhood of the base of fibers implanted on the substrate of artificial lawn, softens the paint by the heating action of water from the nozzle 4 at the same time and peels the paint from the fiber with water pressure. Then the peeled pieces of the white line paint are absorb and removed to the vacuum hose 5 together with the fog-like moisture reflected from the artificial lawn and recovered into a recovered water tank 11.
