    • PURPOSE:To perform resin coating even with respect to an object having a complicated shape with high accuracy, by performing the retraction operation of a holding member for holding the object inserted into a cavity in synchronous relation to the advancing distance of an injection piston. CONSTITUTION:In performing resin coating with respect to the surface of an object 4 by using an injection molding machine, a mold 1 is opened to insert the object 4 into a cavity 2 while holding members 3, 3 are protruded to hold the object 4 in the cavity 2. After the mold 1 is clamped, the nozzle of an injection machine 6 is contacted with a gate 5 while an injection screw 7 is advanced and molten resin is injected into the space between the cavity 2 and the object 4. A limit switch 11 is set to a position corresponding to a resin injection amount and, when said switch 11 is operated, a hydraulic machine 3a is operated to retract the holding members 3 and the leading ends thereof are pulled back to the cavity surface.

    • PURPOSE:To make detachment of an excitation coil easy and contrive a cost reduction, by a method wherein the excitation coil is wound round a coil bobbin using a ferromagnetic material and possessing the necessary inside diameter, held into an annular groove by inserting into the circumference of a core along with the coil bobbin and the annular groove is closed flush with a mold fitting surface by a nonmagnetic plate having the mold fitting hole. CONSTITUTION:Excitation coils 12, 13 are wound round coil bobbins 16, 17 using a ferromagnetic metal and possessing the necessary inside diameter, inserted respectively into cores 10, 11 along with the coil bobbins 16, 17 and held down to the bottoms of annular grooves 8, 9. Openings of the annular grooves 8, 9 are provided with plate bodies 14, 15 of a nonmagnetic metal becoming outer flanges of the coil bobbins 16, 17 and closing the openings flush with a mold fitting surface of a platen body. Therefore, since a cover of a nonmagnetic material becomes unnecessary, detachment of the excitation coils 12, 13 from a stationary platen 1 and movable platen 5 becomes easy and it becomes not only that workability is favorable but also that a cost is reduced remarkably.

    • PURPOSE: To cause the exchanging operation of a slide core to be easy by a method in which the slide core provided in a insert die and its driving means are separately arranged in a mold body, and the slide core is connected to the driving means, when the insert die is inserted into the inserting depression.
      CONSTITUTION: The flange part 10a provided at the tip of the cylinder fixed to the side wall of a mold body 4 is connected into the groove 9c graved on a slide holder 9 similarly to the flange part 8b of a slide core 7. This cylinder 10 causes the slide core 7 to advance and retract in a core 6 by way of the fitting member 8 of the slide holder 9. At the state where the cylinder 10 is driven to extension side and the mold is opened, the flange part 8b projected from the side wall of the core 6 is connected to the slide holder 9, when the insert die 6 is inserted into a core inserting depression 4a. As every core has the same shape and position as that of the flange part 8b, every core is able to be fitted to said flange part.
