When flowing down a guide wall 1a, the discharged liquid A contacts at right angle with the liquid B to be discharged, and both liquids are mixed together before being uniformly injected into peripheral ground horizontally from an injection port 4.     • PURPOSE:To inject and permeate a grout into the surrounding ground with low speeds under low pressures by using an excavating and injection rod having an outlet and an inlet for a boring liquid at the tip end portion of a small outside diameter, integrated with the tip of the body of a large outside diameter. CONSTITUTION:When water W is supplied through a swivel and inner tube 6, the water W passes through an inside path 7, a communication port 13, an aperture 12, a valve-housing chamber 8, and a groove 14a and is jetted from a jet nozzle 16 to form a hole. When the liquids A and B of a two-component grout material are each sent into the aperture between an inner tube 6 and an outer tube 1, an annular spool valve 9 is pushed down, together with a spring 10, along the valve-housing chamber 8 by the pressure of the liquid B, and the liquids A and B are mixed together in a mixing chamber 8a and discharged into the ground through the aperture. The excavating and injection rod is pulled up, the grout material is injected into the space formed between the rod and the excavated wall, and then the same operations are orderly repeated.

    • PURPOSE:To consolidate an injected grout by a projection to secure injection voids by a method in which an injection tube having projections on its periphery is penetrated into the ground, a grout is injected through the inlet of the injection tube under low pressures while pulling up the injection tube by a small extent. CONSTITUTION:A pit 4 is drilled to a given depth under soft ground by using an injection tube 1 having projections 0.5-10mm. in height in places 5-50cm from the tip of the injection tube on its peripheral wall while giving a rotation force and a penetrating force to the tube 1 and also while discharging drilling water W from its jet nozzle 3. From an injection port 5 formed at nearly tip portion of the projections 2, a quick-setting grout S1 is injected to the surrounding ground and the tube 1 is pulled up by 5-50cm. Whereupon, a grout S1 is consolidated by the projections 2 to produce a remarkable packer effect, and an injection void Ho is formed after moving the projections 2. Furthermore, a slow-setting grout L1 is injected at a low pressure of 50kg/cm or less from the injection port 5. These operations are repeated.
