    • PURPOSE:To simplify the key operation, by transmitting the button dial signal and the frequency shift signal for data communication from the terminal device, with the depression of the same dial key depending on the types of response signals from the information center, to the information center. CONSTITUTION:An information center 3a which transmits/receives the button dial signal PB and an information center 3b which transmits/receives the frequency shift signal FS for data communication are connected to a terminal device via a converter 2. The device 1 is provided with a dial signal transmission key 4 outputting the signal PB and a PB signal transmission circuit 5 transmitting the PB signal with a normal key 4. Further, it is provided with an FS signal transmission circuit 6 transmitting FS signal and an FS signal transmission key 10 outputting FS signal, and also with a frequency discrimination circuit 7 which inputs the response signal from the centers 3a, 3b via the exchanger 2 and identifies the types of the response signal. Further, the interlocking selection switch 9 is switched with the identified signal by the discrimination circuit 7, allowing to output the signals FS and PB with the same dial key.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a remote monitor system by solving a problem of a position deviation between a monitor screen and a site camera in real time by presetting a backward quantity of a camera with respect to combinations of conditional quantities. CONSTITUTION:An attitude revision command section 10 of a camera 1 implements a movement and stop command of the camera 1 while a video image of a monitor section 8 is observed. The content of the command is processed into a signal by an attitude revision command signal section 11 and the signal is sent to a channel selection side communication section 4 through a communication network 5 by means of a receiver side communication equipment 6. The received signal is converted into an electric signal by an attitude revision command control section 12 and the signal is sent to an attitude revision section 9, which controls the attitude of the camera 1. In this case, the movement of the camera has an overshoot and some retraction is required. Thus, the retract amount of the camera depending on a communication speed of a communication line, a compression coding time of a video image and a moving speed of the camera is preset with respect to the combinations of conditions and the result is integrated in the electric signal to apply automatic reverse retract control to the camera. Thus, the deviation of the position of the monitor and the camera is prevented.
