摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade a useless access operation, to execute another work during a waiting time and to attain high efficiency in an access work by previously reporting access conditions such as the waiting time, etc., required for the access of a database to an operator. SOLUTION: When unit information where the address of an information retrieving device 1 is added is read from a network 2, a unit information analyzing part 8 outputs a reception end signal to an access condition obtaining part 9 and outputs address information of related information included in the unit information to the control part 13 of an address generating part 6. The obtaining part 9 obtains a difference time between the reception time of an originating start signal and the reception time of a reception end signal from an analyzing part 8 by a unit information transmitting request output part 7. Access is adopted as a failure when the difference time is larger than a previously fixed threshold value and is adopted as success when it is smaller so that access failure information at the time of the failure is outputted to an access condition information constituting part 10 and the difference time is outputted at the time of success. The constituting part 10 reads address information of the generating part 6 and displays correspondence relation of both.
