摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the transferring efficiency of a powdered body and to obtain the optimum mixture ratio and velocity thereof by a method wherein the high-density low-speed pressure sending is performed from a storage tank to an accelerator, while the low-density high-speed pressure sending is conducted, the mixture ratio of the powdered body being reduced by the accelerating air, from the accelerator to the destination. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water is supplied to a burner 40 and then valves 50 and 51 are opened, while the tip of the burner being kept burning. A valve 17 being opened, a lower tank 4 is brought into the condition under given pressure. Next, a valve 42 being opened, the accelerating air is let to flow into an accelerator 31 through a pipe 36. When valves 24 and 29 are opened after that, an air slide device 22 is operated by the air from a pipe 26, thereby a powdered body being fluidized and transfered at high-density and low-speed to the accelerator 31. On the other hand, since the air for acceleration flows through the pipe 36 by opening the valve 42, the accelerator 31 is operated and the condition of low density is brought about, while the transferring velocity being increased, and thus the body reaches the burner 40 through the pipe 39.
