摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of attenuating the noise of a sound insulation wall. SOLUTION: A sound insulation wall body is composed of a pair of flat planar main wall parts 21 facing each other apart a spacing and sub-wall parts 3 which couple the outer peripheries of both main wall parts 21 and form internal spaces 100a between both main wall parts 21. In designing the sound insulation wall constituted by disposing cylindrical parts 41 which pass through both main wall parts 21 apart approximately equal spacings between both main wall parts 21 and form air passages 400a and forming communicating holes 401 for communicating the air passages 400a and the internal spaces 100a in the cylindrical parts 41, an internal space volume V0 and the number N of the air passages are determined in accordance with V0/N=(c/4f1)3 as the central frequency f1 of the noise and a sound velocity c, by which the acoustic impedance in the positions of the communicating holes 401 is sharply lowered and the effect of attenuating the noise progressing in the air passages 400a is enhanced.

Gas circulating holes 32b, 32c in the inside cover are provided in the lower circumferential walls in such a way as to be located between gas circulating holes 31e to 31h in the outside cover.

And the wiper blade, in which a pressure P1 in the upstream side U of the rubber part 13 is prevented from increasing during running in a high speed by the fin 31, maintains the rubber part 13 always in a normal direction.

CONSTITUTION:When a rotating shaft 1a is turned into a rotational reciprocating motion with a wiper motor operated by way of a link arm LA and the like, said motion is transmitted to a wiper arm WA by way of a connecting pin 1c and a variable angle rotating shaft 1b for effecting a reciprocal wiping motion. In this case, when a wiper blade is in the position of a forwarding stroke from the lower dead center, a projection 'a' at the bottom of the variable angle rotating shaft 1b is rotated to the direction 5b while being elevated along the side face of a sloop of a groove section 2c of a variable angle plate 1d, and a projection 2b is lowered down to a trough section 2m. Accordingly, the variable angle rotating shaft 1b is inclined to the rotating shaft 1a by a specified angle for reducing the influence of wind on a blade rubber to the maximum extent.

SOLUTION: An outer peripheral wall 124a of a pin 124 slidably moves in a groove part 125 in a condition that the outer peripheral wall 124a of the pin 124 is brought into contact with two side walls 125a by forming second groove parts 126 extending almost parallel to the side walls 125a adjacent to the side walls 125a in a range of the groove part 125 wherein operation speed of a first link is rapidly increased. Thus, the pin 124 receives frictional force in a direction of reducing moving speed of the pin 124 from the side walls 125a in the range of the groove part 125 wherein the operation speed of the first link is rapidly increased. Therefore, the operation speed of the first link is prevented to be increased rapidly, and thereby the generation of the collision sound can be prevented.
