摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a cell stack inner temperature control function requiring no excess space at a low cost by calculating the difference between the tempera ture signal detected by a temperature detector and the preset level with an arithmetic unit, and increasing or decreasing the feed quantity of steam in response to the calculated result. CONSTITUTION:The internal temperature of a fuel cell 1 is invariably detected by a temperature detector 8, the difference between the detected temperature and the preset temperature is calculated by an arithmetic unit 9, if the detected temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the feed quantity of steam is increased by a controller 10 controlling the feed quantity of steam in response to the difference. If the detected temperature becomes lower than the preset temperature when the feed quantity of steam is too much, the feed quantity of steam is decreased according to the degree. The internal temperature of the fuel cell 1 can be kept constant by increasing or decreasing the feed quantity of steam, thus the facility cost can be low, and no excess space is required.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a solid electrolyte type fuel cell power generating system having a temperature raising function and suitable for isolated island use or mobile use by preheating the air by heat exchange of the air supplying to a cathode with combustion gas generated in a combustor with a heat exchanger, and by raising the temperature of a solid electrolyte fuel cell with preheated air. CONSTITUTION:A combustion air pipeline 6 branches from a reaction air supply pipeline 3 through which the air is supplied to a cathode 2 of a solid electrolyte type fuel cell 1, and a combustion fuel gas pipeline 7 branches from a reaction fuel gas supply pipeline 5 through which fuel gas is supplied to an anode 4, and the air and fuel gas for combustion are suppled to a combustor 8 and they are burned by the ignition with an ignition plug 10 which is ignited with a battery 9. The combustion gas generated in the combustor 8 is heat-exchanged with the reaction air with a heat exchanger 11 installed in the combustor 8 to preheat the reaction air. The temperature of the inside of the solid electrolyte type fuel cell 1 is raised with the preheated air at the starting time of operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to effect a correct refuse discharging by a method wherein two sets of time constant circuits having different time constants which are connected to a supersonic wave transmitting and receiving instrument are provided and the refuse level signals from these circuits are outputted under selecting refuse throwing time and refuse discharging time. CONSTITUTION:The supersonic wave transmitting and receiving instrument 5 is provided above the refuse throwing hopper of the refuse incinerating furnace to receive the supersonic wave sent toward the accumulated refuse. The received supersonic signal is converted into an electric signal by a convertor 6 and is outputted into the time constant circuits 7, 8 while either one of the outputs of these time constant circuits 7, 8 is switched to the output terminal 15 of the level meter automatically by switching a change-over switch 9 by the relay 13 of a controller 10. When the refuse is thrown into the hopper, it is switched to the side of the circuit 7 having a smaller time constant or a quick response, on the other hand, when the refuse is discharged, it is switched to the side of the circuit 8 having a larger time constant or the slow response. The controller 10 controls the relay 13 in accordance with the result of comparison between the differential signal of the outputs of both circuits 7, 8 and a preset value.
