摘要： PURPOSE: To elevate the measuring accuracy, by detecting a pulse from a magnetized head provided along moving string with detection heads arranged at a equal space before and after the head while a demagnetizing head is provided outside the detection head.
CONSTITUTION: Detection heads 3 and 4 are provided at a fixed space l on both sides of a magnetized head 2 set closer to a wire rope 1 while demagnetizing heads 5 and 6 are provided on the opposite side thereto sandwitching the rope 1 close to the outside of the heads 3 and 4. Then, in the delivery and withdrawal of the rope 1 with a winch drum, a magnetic mark is attached to the rope 1 in the form of a pulse with the head 2 and the, detected with the head 3 or 4 to calculate the moving speed of the rope 1. Otherwise, The movement of the rope 1 is measured from the number of marks to demagnetize the mark with the heads 5 and 6.

CONSTITUTION: A turntable 5 mounted on the upper deck of a ship can be projected over the boardside of a ship vertically thereto. One end of a first arm 1 which can be vertically swung by a lifting device, such as a hydraulic cylinder 4, is mounted on the turntable 5. One end of a second arm 2 is rotatably connected with the other end of the first arm 1 through a hydraulic torque hings 6 and a gondola 3 is hung from the other end of the second arm 2. Then the container 1 is mounted on the rails 7 so that the projections 6 of the movable truck 3 arranged corresponding to the four corners of the container 1 can be fitted to each corner fitting 2. Under this status the container 1 is moved along the guide rails 7.
