    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated porous film for separator which has shutdown property important in respect of acquiring security while having superior electric resistance contributing to battery performance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
      SOLUTION: In the laminated porous film for separator wherein at least two porous layers are laminated, one of the porous layers is a base material layer containing polypropylene-based resin as a main component, and another one is a shutdown layer containing polyethylene-based resin as a main component. Further, the laminated porous film has β-activity, wherein the air permeability at 25°C is 1,000 s/100 ml or less, and further the air permeability after heating at 135°C for 5 seconds is 10,000 s/100 ml or more.

A large number of fine pores each having communication in a thickness direction are formed by stretching the laminated non-porous film-like substance.
