The noise reduction plate 11 has a plurality of through-holes each formed with a contraction chamber 13 having a first hole width and formed on the motor side, and an expansion chamber 14 having a second hole width larger than the first hole width and formed on the opposite side to the motor side, and the air flow generated by drive of the motor is exhausted through the plurality of through-holes.
