    • PURPOSE:To make unnecesary the use of clamping metal and stop screws in view of realizing high efficiency of automatic assembling of rotor by forming a recessed area at the external circumference of a block type magnet piece, implanting resin material to such recessed area and fixing the necessary block type magnets around a rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:Recessed areas 15 are provided at both ends in the axial direction of a block type magnet piece 12 rotating around a rotating shaft 11. A resin material is implanted to this recessed area 15 to fix the block type magnet piece 12. Moreover, the block type magnet piece 12 is fixed to the rotating shaft 11 with the resin material 12 in such a manner as wrapping from the external surface side. Thereby, since the block type magnet piece 12 is fixed by the resin material 21 in the double fixing method, it is never removed from the rotating shaft 11 with an centrifugal force generated by the rotating operation. Moreover, if further strength is required, a screw type ring is inserted into the recessed area 15. Thereby, assembling work of the rotor can be improved, enabling improvement in reliability at a low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a motor, whose fin structure is not dependent on the providing direction of the motor and the flowing direction of a cooling fluid and moreover can radiate efficiently the heat generated by the motor. CONSTITUTION:On the outer periphery of a main body 1 of a motor, mounted is a spiral fin 11 which slews around the center line of the rotational shaft of the motor. When cooling the motor by making a fluid flow through the outer periphery of the motor, even though the fluid is made to flow not only in parallel with the center line of a rotational shaft 4 of the main body 1 of the motor but also in the direction vertical to the center line, the fluid can flow along the spiral fin 11. Therefore, the main body 1 of the motor can be prevented from overheating. Also, there is no necessity for providing the motors whose fin structures are different from each other according to the providing directions of the motors and the flowing directions of cooling fluids. Therefore, the standardization of parts is made executable, and process managements are made simple. As a result, the effect of lowering the cost of the motor is obtained.
